Our company, Functional Food Creation Research Institute Co., Ltd.(FFC), is the fermented supplement maker. Since established in 2001, we FFC have focused on fermented food which is said to be the reason for Japan's healthy population, and have developed original Fermented Plant Extract(FPE) in Kibi highlands area surrounded by beautiful nature and clean air. Fermented Plant Extract
Can you guess what Fermented Plant Extract(FPE) is? We purchase various fresh fruits and vegetables in their best season mainly from our contracted farmers in Okayama and conduct the receiving inspection as soon as they arrive at our factory. For extraction, the fruits and vegetables are cut and put into the barrel with brown sugar which contains plenty of mineral. In a barrel, only one kind of fruit or vegetable is put for extraction. This makes it possible to choose the extracts you like and customize your original FPE product. After the extraction is finished, different kinds of extracts are mixed and we add our original lactic acid bacteria for fermentation. The fermentation period is more than 3 years. The fermented mixture of fruits and vegetables extracts is FPE. We can introduce you various type of FPE products such as paste, capsule, pill, drink etc. In the research of FPE, we've found that people can get healthy gut and other good effects by taking FPE products daily.
